OK......here we go again......I guess I posted this on the wrong board last week but today already, I've had two more customers stating that the link from Vendio to PayPal will not work and they can't get through to pay. Am I the only one having this problem? This has been going on for weeks and I'm tired of having to answer these people not knowing exactly what to tell them. Most of them suggest I disconnect Vendio so they can pay.......any information on this problem?

Transaction Cancelled
This function is temporarily unavailable. Please try your payment again later by returning to eBay and clicking the My eBay button.
ORDER 916741627 (Includes item numbers 110070538307, 13, 09 and 08 (all but last 2 digits are the same in the item number)
ORDER 916741274 (Includes item numbers 110070538301 and 110070538267).
These were the two complaints from today. If you need me to try to go back and find the others from the last few weeks, it will take me a bit longer to do that.

It's looking like the problem occurs when items are combined into orders. I haven't had anyone that had single items having trouble paying - at least from what I recall at the moment.

Hi,
I have tried a dozen times to pay you thru your checkout for the 2 items I won and it will not let me. Please send me an invoice or a money request as I am getting very upset doing this over and over with no results. I would really appreciate your help.

Well, so much for my theory that it's only a problem with multiple item orders. Here's a complaint I got this morning on a single item auction win......
Hi there
I won the auction listed below, and I've been trying to pay through Paypal for the past two days through the url at the bottom of the e-mail, but when it comes to the paypal site, it just says function unavailable, should i just input the details in paypal normally?? Thanks for your time. This is item 110072437567
On top of that, I now have gotten 2-3 in the last day or so, email from customers regarding payment reminders I just sent them for items they have already paid for and received. Item 110068127936. I could look up the other if you need me too. Every day seems like a new adventure with the checkout system!

Any update on this yet? I had auctions end last night and the complaints about the PayPal link not working are starting to come in again today.
