i did 200 items on my comuter with sales manager , i save them in 4 files , when i pull out file # 4 all the items was in yellow (usually white) and a massage came cant find pictures !! i look for the pictures and chould not find them , can you tell me why ?? thanks , jack.
It sounds like your referring to the offline Sales Manager Pro software.
If you open a batch of items within the SMPRO software and the items in the batch reference images that the program cannot locate, this is when it highlights those items in yellow.
When you say that you save them in 4 files, what do you mean by that? Just that out of the 200 items you created within the SMPRO program recently, you broke them up into 4 different batches?
What you could do to upload all of those images again, if needed, is do so using the XP Publisher, then just sync the SMPRO program to update it with those same files. (it might be easier than adding them into SMPRO and uploading from there.)
