I just got off the phone with eBay and they told me to contact Vendio for this...

Item # 110076825202 and 110064625376 show payment received on eBay but there is no payment received (code 3) on Vendio or Paypal.

We did not manually mark this on eBay. We process everything through Vendio.

I spoke with Ron at eBay and he said there was no way that eBay would have marked this as received and he told me to contact Vendio. Both of these folks went through Checkout on Vendio. Both of these folks are sending a Money Order to us. Could this be sent to eBay as a Payment received? Because we use eBay checkout redirect I can understand how a customer would be directly sent to Vendio to collect their information and their payment intention.

Please don't send me back to eBay or onto Paypal, I do not want to have the run around.

Hello,

There is an issue with the eBay checkout redirect system where if an item is marked as being paid via a service other than PayPal, eBay automatically marks the item as paid.

We will not mark those items as paid in Vendio, as anything other than PayPal will require you to manually mark it when payment is received.

Unfortunately the only 'workaround' to date has been to opt out of eBays checkout redirect system.

Can you give me some documentation so I can contact eBay about this? The gentleman I spoke to insisted that this was not an eBay issue....

This type of issue could result in lawsuits if there was enough money involved in the transaction. I would think that the companies would want to get on top of this.

Please give me the documentation.

The documentation we have for this situation is not available for public release at this time.

We will however continue to work with eBay in resolving this issue in the future.
