Hello Diane,
At this time we are only set up to automatically accept payments via credit card or debit card (with a Visa or MasterCard logo) entered on our website.
If you would like to pre-pay your account by check or money order, you may do so by sending your payment to:
Vendio Services, Inc.
Attn: Billing Department
2800 Campus Dr. Ste. 150
San Mateo, CA 94403
Please be absolutely sure to write your Vendio account name legibly on the check/money order to ensure quick processing. Note that there will be a 5% handling fee for check or money order pre-payments (see below for instructions on calculating the service charge.) Also, note that pre-payment using check/money order may result in service interruption if the payment is not received at least 7 days in advance of your billing day.
You may make a payment via Paypal, but again, note that there will be a 5% handling fee for payments submitted through Paypal. Please submit the payment to ->-> [email protected] <-<-, and be sure to include the service fee as this will be deducted from your payment before it is posted to your account. Also, be sure to submit your payment well in advance of your billing day, as our system is not set up to process these payments automatically.
To calculate the amount you should pay, simply multiply your payment amount by 1.05. For example, if you were making a $25.00 payment, the amount you would submit would be $26.25 ($25.00 x 1.05)

I updated my card and a Vendio charge is showing on my paypal (the card I use) but my account still shows past due (almost $7.00). My ebay account balance is 0 yet I still can launch an auction. Why is this?
