Hi - I'm getting a credit card declined notice on my Vendio Sales Manager page. We use our PayPal debit card and had recently moved much of our $$ out of PayPal into our other bank -- your monthly fee hit that card just after we did that -- thus the balance wasn't there to cover it. However, the money is in PayPal NOW. Do you attempt to put it through again or do I have to give you another credit card? Will this impact my auction launches tomorrow?

After all these years with Vendio, this is the first time this has ever happened. Oops. How can we fix?

Thanks Nathan - I just sent you a reply to your email. I agree that the public forum isn't the best place but I've found it gets the fastest reply. I figured this has happened to most Power Sellers who use Vendio at least once, so I decided not to be embarassed about it! Thanks for your speedy reply.
