The following message popped-up while I was preparing a listing today. This has never happened before. How does an Ebay message pop-up when you are listing through Vendio on the on-line service. Strange? I am including the text of the pop-up...could you explain why this happened and what it means. Also, this pop-up caused my listing I was working on at the time to close...thankfully it saved to my pending and I was able to reopen it...I did, however, have to reformat the template I was working on in Template Workshop. Is this going to start happening a lot with Ebay pop-ups through Vendio...I sure hope not...this caused extra work. I look forward to your prompt reply.

I am unaware of any pop-ups like this that you should be getting in Vendio. At what point in the listing process did you get this pop-up? Also, just to be clear, did it appear in a completely new window? In the meantime, please empty your browser cache and see if you still get the pop-up. Have you just received it this one time, or multiple times so far?

Hello and thank you for your reply. The pop-up occurred when I was working in the Template Workshop as a yellow line at the top of my Internet Explorer bar(a notice that a pop-up is trying to load appeared) so I clicked on it...lost the listing in the process...then recovered it. Interestly enough, however, when I went to revise this same item today...the same message with a flag appeared on the item revision page in Ebay...to let me know there may be a delay in the item appearing in searches(word for word--same message as appeared yesterday that is noted above). There is nothing on Ebay announcements about this but it is definitely something new...since it 1st occurred through Vendio's online website surely you know about this. If not, how did they get a gateway through your system. Strangely this item has been on about 24 hours now and noone has looked at it...when it is a very popular item. I await your reply.
