Hello,
Your settings do seem to be okay, to send feedback as soon as positive feedback is left for you. Is this happening with all of your listings or just some of them? Please provide a specific listing number as an example. Also, see if you can leave the feedback directly through eBay, and let us know.

There's been quite a spike in the eBay API traffic today (the system that we use to communicate with eBay). I did have a third customer initially report this same problem with feedback today, however the feedback was automatically sent after a few hours. It could be that there is just an unusual delay today.
For how long have you been having this problem? Are these for listings where buyers left feedback for you more than a day ago, or did it only begin today?
Also, in the past when a similar issue occurred it turned out that eBay was having a problem with feedback on their end. I'm certainly not saying that that is the problem today, but it would be helpful if you could try to leave feedback for this listing directly through eBay, and let us know if you are able to do so successfully.

Sorry for the delay in responding, here are some auction #'s, 260079429115, 260079280256, 260079123009, 260079427306, 260079426390, there are a couple more but that should help you, it seems to have stopped working a couple of days ago, anything before the 8th of Feb seems ok. Thanks

I'll forward this on to our engineering team to investigate. Let me ask you this, have you anytime recently updated your ebay account information, such as your ebay ID name, or password? This is in my experience the most common cause for feedback not going out. Please update your ebay Token through our site to see if this helps:
To update your ebay site ID information, go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to eBay. Go through the eBay sign-in process, and follow all prompts until you receive a confirmation that your ID has been updated. Once you've completed this, your eBay ID information will be current.

Hello again Lee,
Can you provide me some examples where the feedback has been entered by your buyer after you have updated your ebay account information and it's still not working? Please note that this does not work for items closed prior to your updating of account data.

It happens all the time. I just checked my feedback and I have approximately 30-40 auctions with feedback left by my customers only. Please email me back and I will send you screen file with these auctions in December - February period.
I understand issues with eBay and spikes in API communications but Vendio should update our accounts on a daily or weekly schedule.
One of the many reasons I use Vendio is that I don't want to check my feedback or leave it by hand.

Same problem here. Sales Manager is not aware that we have received the feedback. The little number 9 is not lit up for our auctions. If Sales Manager does not know that the feedback has been received, it sure cannot possibly know to send one out. This has been going on since about the 6th or 7th.

Hello,
No fix is in place as of yet, but we did find the cause and evaluating the best approach.
In Feedback notifications a TransactionID is supposed to be included according to the eBay documentation, but they have failed to include this TransactionID of late. This is something we 'can' fix on our side to work around this, and may have something live on the site as soon as tomorrow to address this.
Again, if there is information to share on this topic we will post back to this thread.

Seems to be working now, someone just left me feedback, and they received thier's right away. It looks like the ones that were missed will have to be done manually. I would suggest doing it through My Ebay, as you can leave many at one time, I'm not sure if the same service is provided through Vendio. Is it?

That is correct, we have been able to correct this issue for all items going forward. Engineering is checking into repairing all past items as well, but this will take a few days to complete.
If your items are manually marked as feedback received, you can send the feedback in bulk from here as well. Otherwise wait till ENG can mark them for you, which should trigger the automatic reply.

Thanks or keeping me posted! Now for me to keep you posted again....AUTO FEEDBACK is once again not working it would seem or seems to be spotty, this is getting to be quite the headache......please advise as to what is going on
It looks like the problem might be on eBay's end this time. I located the following thread on eBay's message board where non-Vendio customers are reporting a similar problem:
Please go to eBay directly and try leaving feedback for a few listings. Then let us know if you were able to do so successfully, or if you experienced any issues when leaving feedback on eBay directly.
