Hi,
I am using a custom Vendio template and I would like to make my image appear larger in the listing.
The image that I am using is large enough (345K) to be bigger, but I'm not sure what I need to do to get it to appear larger in my listing.
Also, how do I make sure that my gallery pic on ebay will show up? I'm using the sales manager pro and I can't find what I need to edit to make sure the pic shows up in the listings.

Hello,
The physical size of your images (in area) will be the same as they were when they were uploaded to Vendio, unless you have the "Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation" option selected. This option will decrease the area of your image, and your buyers can then click on it to see the original size. I do see that you currently have this option selected. If you would like to turn it off, you may do so by going to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> scroll down near the bottom of the page and uncheck the "Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation" option.
You can add an eBay gallery image to your listing in SM Pro by going to the "eBay Site Information" tab when you are creating the listing. Then select "Gallery" near the center of the screen. To select which image you would like to appear, highlight the image at the bottom of your screen, and then click the "Add" button that is directly below and to the right of where you selected "Gallery".
