Hi.....I tried several times to download Xpress Image Publisher and I keep getting an error message. It says "A network error ocurred while attempting to read from file C....documents and settings....temporary internet/ect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Debi

If you are opting to run the install from the current location, chances are you have already installed it.
Try going into a folder with images stored and clicking the 'publish this folder to the web' link along the left hand side.
Go through the prompts and verify that Vendio is in your list of available places to send your images to.
This program is already on your machine, the only change your attempting to make is to set it up to point to Vendio in addition to the default MS Groups.

Thank you very much for your response but I'm trying to run/download the program from your site. I'm very familiar with the menu on the left side of the screen where it says "publish this file to the web" however, that is no longer an option. I somehow got deleted so I tried to reinstall thinking that was the problem. Then I went to the "file ...folder options.....to make sure that "show common tasks in folders" is checked and it is. The "Publish Folder" is not on the list. I even restarted and nothing. I have been with vendio and have been using this program for a very long time with no problems. I'm desperate to get this resolved as I have no other way to resize my photos so I can't post my listings. Thank you so very much. Looking forward to your response. Debi
If the problem is that you do not see the 'publish this folder to the web' link, installing this XPress publisher from Vendio won't help.
The tool you download from Vendio only gets your existing Windows XP tool setup to point to Vendio instead of just MSN groups. It's always there, you are just trying to set it to work with Vendio as well.
It *may* be something with the folder your working within. If you have any other types of files in that folder, its possible that Windows isn't showing you the normal picture tasks as a result.
Try moving the images from their existing folder into a folder of their own. So when you open this folder you see nothing other than thumbnails or filenames for images, no other file types within.
If you don't see ANY links along the left side of the page, go back to the "Tools + Folder Options" menu and double check that you have it setup to show common tasks and try again.
