When I receive a paypal pmt. they do not post to the Vendio post sale mgt. I have to manually go in and mark them paid.
Also, feedback received is not being posted in post sale mgt.
This has only been a problem for the last day or so.
Is anyone else having problems with the post sale mgt.?
Others on the eBay boards have been reporting issues with the feedback system as well, as noted in the other thread in this forum regarding automatic feedback for eBay.
As for payments not posting, no other reports or known issues thus far. Is this for a combined order or for a single item transaction?
If for a single item, let us know the details for the items that didn't get marked properly. (assuming the IPN is in place and setup currently for your PayPal account.)

230078597007 - this item was the one that I received a paypal pmt. for and had to manually mark pd.
5607423585 - I received fb on this sale earlier today. It was not automatically marked in Vendio when the fb was received. I do not use the feature of automatically leaving fb once fb is received.
It seems sporadic to me and, since I have 2 items not being checked off in post sale, I tend to think that the problem might be on the Vendio side.
What was the other item that didn't get marked as paid?
You mentioned having two of them?
The feedback issue is on the eBay side currently. There are also issues with PayPal today and receiving payments where no phone number has been provided (or items with more than 99 items combined into an order) and your items not getting marked as paid could be related.
Let us know the other item number to compare to and we'll get digging.

I had one item that did not get marked as "paid" in vendio; and one item that the fb received did not get marked in vendio.
As of this morning automatic feedback appears to be working correctly. If you are still having trouble with this, please provide a listing number so that we can look into this further.
