Hello,
I am having images to stop uploading to my eBay store. Apparently, you are deleting the images from your site while the item is still for sale in my store. I am having to upload images on your site again and again. I feel that once I use your service to add an image to my store listing, the image should remain as long as the store item remains active. I emailed you several times some time ago about this problem and you never responded. Are other people having this problem. Is there something that I am doing wrong PLEASE communicate with me. I am your customer. I should not have to email you about this issue again and again with no response. Please respond. If you do not respond this time, I am going to start a thread on Ebay and Amazon, and perhaps I will find that I am not alone with this problem.

I see an email in our queue from today, but I don't see a prior email received from your email address on file since August, 2006. When you email us, make sure you use the form on our website - you will receive a confirmation screen when the email is sucessfully sent.
The issue with images can be corrected if you disable the auto-delete function in your preferences, or extend the number of days before the system will delete the images. You can do this under My Account -> Image Hosting (General Preferences). Note that once you change this preference it will only apply to images uploaded after you make the change. For current images, go to Image Hosting, check the box at the top lefthand side of the image list (to select all images) then click the "Renew" button and select "Auto-renew". This will prevent your images from being deleted automatically. Remember that if you do this you'll need to delete inactive images to make sure your storage doesn't exceed your plan cap.
