I received 10 errors today. I normally only receive 1, or two a week, and even that is too much. Vendio service is getting WORSE.
Unknown launch error.
We were unable to verify the launch of your auction at ebay. It is possible that your auction did launch, so we suggest that you check the auction venue directly to verify before attempting another launch.
If this error message does not provide enough information regarding the source of the auction error, you may preview the auction insertion. Otherwise you may edit the auction information or attempt to schedule the auction again.

I can't even get to my "pending" page to see the errors! Looks like only 12/29 relists launched this afternoon and those were an hour late

Hello aaronandelise,
We are aware that the launch queue was unusually large today due to some unexpected side-effects from the daylight savings changeover. We do apologize for the latency and/or "unknown" launch errors. The launch queue is clearing and should be back to normal soon, so you should not continue to see these errors at the rate you've seen today.
