Somehow our auctions descriptions get revised to include the following:

Where does this come from, and how do we get it filled out completely.

This is the eBay "Item Specifics". You can fill out that information in the main listing form. This section is located directly underneath the "Template" and "Category" sections of your listing form. The section is labeled "Item Specifics". Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.
