For the past few years (and I have mentioned it before), I will have random closed listings show that Step 9 in the Post Sale process has been performed.
I did not click on Step 9, I do not have Step 9 included in any automated vendio processes.
Currently this is showing as step 9 completed: 130155484913
Most of the time, it occurs when I revive an archived item.

Hello Beth,
Looking at your feedback on ebay, I see that feedback was received yesterday for this item, which jives with what I see inside your post sale. Perhaps when you pull the item back from the archived folder there is an automated check to see if feedback has been recieved? I'll ask our engineers.

I just wanted to add my experience with this. I do not believe that it has to do with archiving the item. I restored this item, unchecked step 9, archived it, and restored it again. Step 9 was not checked. I think it is most likely that we automatically check this step off for you when feedback is received. (I could be wrong on that -- we don't get too many questions about this step.)

Nathan's right - I have number 9 checked on all of mine that receive feedback - it's automatically picked up by Vendio. Number 8 is the one I never use.
