All my new auctions show error in the eBay/Paypal purchase financing section. All words in this section are aligned to the left.

Is it eBay error or I have changed something in my template that affects entire page?
I checked the listing number that you provided, but I was unable to see the problem. However, that listing number does not appear to be associated with your Vendio account. I did check a few of the recent listings that are associated with your Vendio account, but I was also unable to see the problem there. Could you please be more specific about where you are seeing this in an active listing? Also, what browser are you using?
I do know which section you are referring to, but I have still been able to see the problem in either browser. Are you on an eBay test/view page, by any chance? If so, there should be an optout option somewhere on the page. If you are on an eBay test/view page, then that is likely what is causing the problem. If you are not, please provide us with a screenshot of what you are seeing, if possible.

Could you send me email and I will respond with a screenshoot. I'm not sure how to post it to Vendio message center.
Go to "Help" at the top right of the page --> click "Email" near the top right under "Contact Us" --> click the "Contact Support" tab and follow the steps (there is an option to select an attachment on this page). If you can also get the top part of the listing page into the image it would be helpful.

Thank you for your super fast response but your NEW portal doesn't work too well. When I click "send email" nothing happens for several minutes and when finally I was able to go thru, there is absolutely no place to attach any files.
You sent me direct email response thru Vendio support email account advising not to respond to it.
Could you help me to send you the screenshot of the page in question or we will be going back and forth for a while.
I am not sure where you are going to send the message through the new portal, as there actually is no "Send Email" option throughout the entire process of sending a message through the portal.
Anyway, go ahead and reply to the email that I sent you, but it is impossible for me to tell you how to add an attachment to the email as it depends entirely on the email program that you are using.

I went to Help, Help Center, Contact Us, Email (with mailbox icon). When I click "email" nothing happens and after several attempts I ended up in some kind of contact portal. These is absolutely no link or button to attach files.
Once you get to the contact portal you will need to click the "Contact Support" tab near the top of the page. The option to upload an attachment is near the bottom of the page under "Attach Documents" and above the "Add Another Attachment" button.
I have already sent you an email reply to your email.
