I just realized a buyer wrote me a note in the Message section of the post sale...
Unfortunately, I did not see it until after the item was shipped...
If you are going to give the buyer a place to put instructions to me...then RED Flag them...and place them at the top of the mailing form...rather than so inconspicuously at the bottom...
This has happened to me several times over the years...sometimes it is noted, and unfortunately, sometimes not.
Thank you for the suggestion, this is something we have evaluated over time looking for other ways to manage those messages.
Note that the message at the bottom of the checklist isn't the only indicator though, as on the main post sale page (summary) there is also a little yellow note/paper icon with a red exclamation point in the middle. When you click on this you then have the option to acknowledge it so you know which notes you have or have not viewed yet.
