On many occasions our buyers have problems calculating shipping costs or filling out Vendios buyers form.email example below:

Hello
Your order form doesn't work since it couldn't find any carrier.
Since your are in the UK I assume you will use ordinary British Post Office Mail.
I need to know the shipping cost in order to pay you.

We would be happy to loog into that for you, just let us know the effected item number so we can take a look at how that item was setup for international shipping.
