I really need this feature added NOW. I have to revise 100+ profiles to reflect the changes in shipping, return policy and handling time. I've been holding off on editing the changes to my profiles, knowing they will need to be edited again when Vendio supports handling time. Since the mandated changes were announced well in advance by eBay, I see no reason why Vendio is dragging their feet. When can we expect this? A day before eBay makes it mandatory? Edited to add: I also have to edit my current 5,000+ listings, a useless endeavour unless I can ensure that new listings conform to eBay protocol.

Hello,

There are no new announcements currently available as to when support for the handling time field will become available in Vendio.

eBay has revised their stance on handling time and won't be requiring it until "early 2009". They also mention the following:
"To give sellers adequate time to get their listings ready, we’ll be giving sellers at least 30 days notice before we start enforcement."

Chances are we'll all get a much further advanced warning than just 30 days, and as stated before Vendio will have support for this prior to it's requirement by eBay and like the return policy you will be able to make your default setting apply to listings saved prior to the field becoming available.

Regards,
Chris

"and as stated before Vendio will have support for this prior to it's requirement by eBay"

This is what Vendio stated months ago when eBay said they would require handling time in October. If you were on track for an October implementation, why is it still not ready?

"and like the return policy you will be able to make your default setting apply to listings saved prior to the field beco's ming available."

That is not helpful with Store items that are already live. Since active items were already edited, every new store item listed must now immediately edited so that when the requirement goes into effect, we don't have to check every item to see which need editing.
As Pixia said, we need this now.

I like Vendio, but I am sorry to say the the way eBay changes are handled, Vendio reminds me of the motto: Never do today what can be put off till tomorrow.
