I am unclear about whether setting "handling time" in site specifics will work when we relist items that previously had no handling time identified. I want to get away from the laborious task of editing each item. Will you add this to our listings if no handling time is specified in the same way you add return policy?

No. Apparently, the answer is no. I just checked a few of my 30 day FP items which were relisted. The handling time is missing, even though I set the handling time in my account section of Vendio.
We plan to automatically copy the Return Policy and Handling Time information from Preferences to all items which do not yet have it, including relists. We will implement this feature when eBay starts enforcing their new policy.

Once again I prove that bidders are not the only ones who cannot read!
Another question...Is there a way that you can adjust all the profile items to include my 2 day handling default? Or will we just have to bite the bullit and edit them all by hand?

Hello Susan,
It is not possible for us to add this to all of your existing profile items for you. However, as we will be automatically adding this to all of your listings anyway, it should not be necessary for you to edit them (unless you need this option immediately, rather than once eBay starts enforcing the policy).
