Hello Nathan - I emailed you and you replied, thank you, but I wanted to post my problem on this forum as well. I created a new Vendio ID because when I did log in to Vendio it was the NEW PLATFORM page (which I did not realize at the time) and I did not understand what was going on. Below is a copy of my email:

Hello Nate - Thank you for your prompt reply. When I used my usual Vendio link/shortcut it brought me to a totally new page to log in. This is where it all happened. I tried to log in (many times) with my Vendio ID and I could not. I was re-directed to enter a new user ID and password, which I did.

Just after I received this email (your email), I tried to log in again on that same page and I could not. Then I noticed a small link about using the BASIC VERSION. I did use that link and was able to log in under my ID vivabe and found my usual manager page and my images. I created a fresh shortcut, log off and in again, and it brought me back to the new page (new platform) where I cannot log in as vivabe. I used the basic version link, created a shortcut to that BASIC VERSION PAGE and now I can log in with no problems using that shortcut. I have the feeling that many people must have problems to log in. If this new platform is not ready to use for existing users, I do not understand why this is the "home" page to log in. It is confusing because the left side is for USERS WHO HAVE ALREADY AN ID and the right side is for CREATING A USER ID.

I am wondering what is going to happen to this new ID Vendio created for me vivabe-07? I do not need it. Can I cancel it?
Thank YOU so much for your assistance.

Hi again, Nathan - By the time I clicked "post" I just received your email. THANK YOU FOR CANCELLING THE NEW ID FOR ME. I am using IE7 on window XP.

It looks like there is a bug about the Vendio login page on my end because it appears in the new platform format. I will continue to use the BASIC VERSION LINK to log in.

Thanks again for your support and prompt action!

Hello Chris or Nate,

I have the opposite problem.

I have two ebay accounts and I want to open the new program with this other account. A while ago it was a Vendio account (stampscoins) but I have canceled that a while ago.

I have signed up paid my fees but i keep getting rejected at the token authorization part. I have sent messages to the help line but it may be not getting thru to them about this need.

I want to kick the wheels all the way before I migrate over my rpm757 account with my secondary account being the test account.

can you help on this,
thanks
roger

Hello Roger,

I checked the email address that is associated with your Vendio account "rpm757", but I was unable to locate the email. Did you use a different email address to send your question? The information that we need from you (I'm not sure if you want to post it here) is your eBay ID and the new Vendio account user name.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello,

I have set your Vendio account "coins_stamps" so that you should now be able to enter the eBay ID "stamps-coins". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan
