I was wondering how to use a listing format that enables a customer to bid on my auction without canceling the "Buy it Now" price once a bid is placed. I've tried searching Vendio and Ebay but can't seem to locate this format.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

If you are listing an item as an auction (where people can bid on it), the Buy It Now option will be removed once someone bids on the item. In order for the Buy It Now option to always remain in the listing, you will need to list it as a fixed price or eBay store item (which do not allow bids). There are a couple special situations where the Buy It Now option will remain (such as when you list an auction with a reserve, and the reserve has not been met). Please see the following eBay location for more information on this:

Regards,
Nathan
