Hi guys, please note the following:
Country:
Shipping and Handling To Service Insurance
US $15.00 United States US Postal Service Priority MailŪ
Estimated delivery Varies
USPS delivers within 2 - 3 days after seller ships item
Included in S&H
US $25.00 United States Other (see description) Included in S&H
*Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
I have set the first box to be USA at $15.00 and the second box Canada at $25.00. But at the bottom of the auction as shown above they both come out as USA. WHY??? Steve
The problem is that you have entered the Canada shipping in the US section of the listing. In order to correct this problem for your future new listings, from the "Shipping Carriers" section of the Vendio listing form select "Offer international shipping" (at the bottom left of your list of shipping carriers). Then enter your international shipping carrier options there (using the "Default=Item's Ship-To Loc" links in order to specify which countries the shipping options are for).
Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Hi Nathan, in looking over your instructions, I find that Canada is easy. Just check the first box under International Shipping. But there is no option for Europe and then Australia-Asia where believe it or not I do sell some items. Just sold something to Turkey of all places.
I would like to be able to list them as well but there is no way to do that the way the system is set up. That way if I can list the costs in the auction I don't have to answer emails asking for postage costs.
If you would look at one of my auctions currently on you will see the way I have it set up. Is there anyway to do that under the International Shipping? Thanks, Steve

Hello Steve,
In order to create an option for Europe, after clicking the "Default=Item's Ship-To Loc" link there is a box for "Europe". If you check this box, then the shipping option will be available for European buyers. Similarly, for the Asia/Australia options, you will need to select the boxes for both "Asia" and "Australia".
If you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know the name of one of your pending listings that you are trying to setup in this way, and we will take a closer look.

Got it, thank you. I never clicked on the description on the left. I just went into the box that gave the type of shipping. Now I can give the info up front. The way I had it beore wasn't bad but it was confusing because what showed on the bottom re shipping costs of the auction did not agree with what I had in the auction. Thanks again, Steve
