About a year ago Nathan helped me with a big switchover. He switched ALL my items and services and images from one Vendio account to another. Well we're branching off again and I was wondering if it could all be copied again to a new username. I would not have to do this if a Vendio user could manage more than one Ebay account but I assume thats still not possible. Is there anyway I can get ot all copied again? Thanks.
We can enter this request for you with the engineering team. Please email us via the contact us page to let us know the username of the account you wish to have your data copied over into.

We replied to the email address you used to send in your request at 9:46AM this morning.
Note that because your 'paulvanscott' account is not on the same system as this one, we cannot copy any of the information over for you. We can only copy information from your dotrixart account to another that is on the exact same system. If you need another account on the exact same system that your using under your 'dotrixart' account, please let us know so we can work with you on getting that setup and close the newer one under the new style.
Unfortunately your request for copying images to the ' finalscore' account cannot be completed for the same reason, as it is not under the same system (and isn't setup to use any services at this time.)

What do you mean by the "exact same system"? Is this something I can do? It was done last year for me from finalscore to dotrixart so they must have been on the same system then. Thanks
Exactly. Those two accounts were on the same system, while your new account "paulvanscott" is on the new version of our services. We are working on putting in place a system so that our customers can transfer their existing accounts to the new version of our services, but I do not have an eta available currently.
While you may change the eBay ID that is used for your Vendio account "dotrixart", this is not something that should be done regularly as it can cause the data in your account to be inaccurate. If you want to start using a completely different eBay ID for your Vendio account "dotrixart", you may change it by going to "My Account" --> "Auction Site Accounts" --> click "Remove" next to the old eBay ID --> click "Remove" again --> click "Add eBay Account" and follow the steps.
