Hi Guys, Please look at the following. On your page to do the following listings the Shipping prices are first and the Insurance rates next. But on the auction they come out the opposite way. as the shipping is more important than the Insurance it doesn't look right. Can this be fixed? Thanks, Steve

Domestic Insurance rates:
$100.00 up to $199.00=$2.60
$200.00 up to $299.00=$4.60
$1.00 for each additional $100.00
International Insurance rates:
$100.00 up to $199.00=$4.35
$200.00 up to $299.00=$6.50
$1.00 for each additional $100.00
US Shipping
$18.00 USPS Priority MailŪ
International Shipping
$29.00 USPS Priority Mail Intl (Canada)
$39.00 USPS Priority Mail Intl (Europe,Germany,United Kingdom)

Hello Steve,
The insurance information that you referenced is actually not the insurance information that Vendio places in your listing when you select insurance in the Vendio listing form. Rather, it is your "Custom Shipping & Handling Note", which you may use to enter any information about your shipping and handling that you want to show on the listing prior to the shipping carriers/costs. In order to change this for your future listings, please edit your Custom Shipping & Handling Note under "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> "Other Shipping Settings" --> "Custom Shipping & Handling Note".

Hi Nathan, what you are telling me to do is exactly the way that I did it. I put the information in that box and it comes out as the first information under "shipping and handling". It should be the opposite. The shipping info should be first and the insurance last.
So what you are telling me to do is what already has been done. Please rethink his and see if there is another way to do it. Thanks, Steve

Just as a follow up. I didn't use Global Preferences. I did it through the Shipping and insurance site. The page comes up exactly the same way. I just tried it your way. After that I went into a pending listing and it is still there as the insurance first and the shipping second. Steve

Hello Steve,
The "Custom Shipping & Handling Note" is not for your insurance information. It is for special instructions on your shipping and handling, and any information that you enter in this box will show before the shipping carriers and cost. If you don't want your insurance information to show before your shipping carriers, then you will need to remove it from the "Custom Shipping & Handling Note" section. Again, this section was not designed for your insurance information.

Hi Nathan, I have just decided to leave all that information out re insurance.So I just deleted it. It was too bulky and really not neccessary. But in looking at one of my active auctions 220408959091 I noticed the following:

Insurance is required on priority mail shipping, $3.00 for the first $300.00 and $2.00 per each additional $100.00. Please see our over 1700 positive feedbacks with a 100% rating.
Now that is not bad and reads ok and is not overpowering as the old version was. But the dollar amounts are wrong and I can't find where I entered that info. I want to change it. Please tell me where to find it. I tried all the Vendio pages and the ebay site specifics and can't locate. HELP please. Thanks, Steve

Hello Steve,
That information is also showing on the active listing in the "Custom Shipping & Handling Note" section. If you want that wording (or something similar) to appear immediately below where it says "Shipping & Handling" and immediately above your shipping carrier options, then you will need to type it into the "Custom Shipping & Handling Note" section under "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> "Other Shipping Settings" --> "Custom Shipping & Handling Note". It is completely up to you what you put in the Custom Shipping & Handling Note section. You may put whatever you want in that section. However, whatever you put in that section will show immediately below where it says "Shipping & Handling" and immediately above your shipping carrier options.
