I am having issues with customers buying multiple items i.e. Customers buys three items but only two show up in sales summary. Today sold three items to one customer but none of the items are showing up in summary.

Hello Robert,
There is currently an eBay problem where they are not sending notification for sales for fixed price and store listings. In order to workaround the problem, please refresh the listings in Vendio and you should be able to see them in your post-sale. This can by done by first locating the listing(s) in your list of active listings. Then select the listing(s) and click the Vendio "Refresh" button. Please note that it can sometimes take 10 - 15 minutes for the listings to show in your post-sale. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after taking those steps.
