I noticed I haven't been getting copies of the Winning Bid Notifications lately. Probably stopped the same time that I couldn't link to eBay. Box #1 goes blue, so I'm hoping at least they're being sent, but I haven't gotten any copies. Please look into this.
If box 1 has been filled in, then they probably have been sent. Try temporarily changing your email address, and see if you are able to receive the copies there.

WHAT????? Why would I have to do that? Seems pretty excessive. I don't want to change my email address. I would think that involves a lot of changing on Vendio. And I hardly think that would be necessary. And I don't really use any other email address. Please try a little harder to resolve this issue.

Also, I get copies of these messages, so it appears there may be something more specific happening with the WBNs.
That would help determine if the problem is that we aren't sending you copies of the WBNs (which it looks like we are), or if the problem is that we are sending them and you are not receiving them. Please give it a try and let us know the results.

If it helps, I got ONE copy last night out of the 27 sent. Does that answer your question? I really don't want to change my email address, not even for a minute. I really don't understand the request. I mean, I'm getting emails from other people, ebay, these thread messages from Vendio, etc. If the boxes are turning blue, would that happen if they WEREN'T being sent? Anyway, getting the one last night should answer your question. Now you should be able to proceed to get it resolved.
