A WBN for item #290219581211 was sent out multiple times. Copy came into my email at 5:15, 5:27 and again 7:34 (so far). Why so many?

Usually auto. This one I did trigger manually, so I originally figured I must have double clicked when I saw the 5:27 notice follow the 5:15. But I never touched the item folder again, so when the third one came through two hours later, I thought something else might be going on.

Hello Susan,
Please keep an eye on this and let us know should it happen again. It could be that all three copies were triggered around the same time, but that there was a longer delay on the last one.
