I was interested in taking advantage of the 2 month free trial on the Research Tool, but am a bit confused about the "What's Hot" part. I first kept the box checked and agreed to the terms and continuted. I then reviewed the fees and saw that there is $3.95 charge for "What's Hot" so I hit the disable to the right and it brought me to a survey about why I was discontinuing my service. I am not discontinuing my service. So I exited out of the whole thing. I then tried again and unchecked the "What's Hot" box and continued. It showed the same exact thing. $3.95 a month. So what's up?? I'd like to take advantage of the FREE trial, but it looks as though I have to pay $3.95 month. Please explain this or get the problem corrected.

It also appears that just by clicking on the Free Trial, I've already subscribed. So please verify if I have to pay $3.95 or not. If I do, then please cancel it or tell me how to cancel it. I'm pretty irritated with this whole thing!

Hello,
You do not need to subscribe to the What's Hot service in order to take advantage of the Research free trial. I have deactivated the What's Hot service for you.

But did you credit the $3.95 back to toyspast?
I had the same thing happen to me but I disabled What's Hot as soon as I realized there was a charge for it(2 seconds later). I've written CS but no one has gotten back to me yet. Will I be charged?
If this is a Customer Appreciation "Free Trail" why would Vendio add something else in that trail and then charge for it?

Now that I've closed the window - how do I get back to use the research tool? Everything I click wants me to join again. Is there a problem with this tool?

Hello,
You can get back to the research tools by clicking on the 'Research Tools' tab on the left side of your Vendio page, where you find the Image Hosting, Sales Manager and other usual tabs.
I think your email was already answered, but if not - note that if you canceled the service right away you will not see a charge from it. (anyone that would like to verify this can check your online statement after a few days and/or email the billing department.)
Note that Vendio does not automatically add the whats hot service after you sign up for research, rather it is an option provided to you when signing up for the research service where you can opt out of it if you prefer not to use it - prior to confirming the change in services. We promote this service to research users as they are the only ones that would be able to make use of this service.

I think what ebabestreasures is asking is when we click on the Research Tools tab on the left side, it brings us to a page where it asks for us to sign up for the service. What are we supposed to click on to get to the actual "tools"? I gotta say this is one of the most ridiculous free trials I've had to date. Not well thought out or implimented.

I got the email from CS and I won't be charged.
Perhaps Vendio should put a notation on the first page stating what the charge is for the What's Hot feature so that there is no confusion for anyone looking at it.
I think I was in my other ID when I tried the link and that's why it didn't work. It's working fine now. Thanks

When I click on the tab Research Tools on the left side of the page it brings me to a page that says "Vendio Applications" at the top. It shows various things you offer. When I clicked on the "click here" link in the message above, it brought me to a page that says "Vendio Rsearch" at the top and says "Discover the secrets of successful pricing and selling....." Neither ways brings me to the page that shows me the above.

Hello,
Can you try clearing your browsers temp files/cache and try the tab and/or link again?
If this persists, and if you have one available on this computer, try also a different browser to see if it makes a difference.
When you click that link and it asks you to sign up for services, can you then click on the Sales Manager link and get to your normal Sales Manager page, or does that then also load a signup page?
