So I uploaded my photos and want to schedule some auctions for ebay. I went to my items and selected create item (or something like that). I couldn't figure out how to get a template (premade one) to work and so just trying to get an auction going. No luck. I guess it's in a vendio store or something. Where can I go to get set by step instructions on how to create a listing to be scheduled onto ebay? I'd like to use a premade template and was able to look at them but couldn't figure out how to create a listing using it.
I haven't had much luck finding a good help page either...something about one being in construction?? Not sure.
Auctiva and Inkfrog are fairly easy to teach oneself how to list items to ebay but I'm having a hard time figuring out vendio.
Please help and also let me know where to get a basic crash course in using vendio for ebay auctions

Hello Vicky,
Your very close to getting your item up and running on eBay, just click to edit it from the items page and then scroll down to the 'eBay ad info' section and click to expand this. This is where you can enter your eBay specific details like category, duration, templates/etc to prepare it for being either scheduled or launched.
Note that we will also send you a getting started guide that you can use to get your pages setup specifically for your listing habits and will use your default email address currently on file. If you prefer it to be sent elsewhere please let us know.
