We need to change our email address in Vendio. We would like our email address to match our ebay id. (i.e. "ebayid"@vendio.com) Is there anything special we need to do. And also, what would we need to change with ebay and paypal in order for everything to match up.

Hello,
It looks like you have already taken care of everything. Your default address listed for your Vendio, eBay and PayPal accounts (here in Vendio) are all showing the email address you mentioned.
The one thing I would double check though is what eBay has listed here as your default PayPal address and if not correct - click to update it from here as well.

Our current email address is NOT the one we want. It does not match our ebay id. Our vendio id, and email address have never matched our ebay id. We have many emails that we don't think people are recognizing because of that....therefore we need to change the email id...I assume we cannot change our vendio id, but I really don't know if that matters to our customers. Are there any instances of our customers seeing our vendio id and getting confused that it does not match our ebay id?

Sorry for the confusion, I didn't see right away that your eBay ID was different from your Vendio ID.
Your Vendio ID is your @vendio.com email address. There is no way to change your @vendio.com email address without changing your username, which also changes the URL's of your images (which shouldn't matter for most, but if you manually use the URL's for your images elsewhere this is something to take into consideration.)
If you did have to change your email address the first step is to get a request with our engineering team logged to change the username of your account to whatever you want to be @vendio.com (your eBay username.)
Once completed you would then go to your Vendio My Account page and click the Personal Info link within to change the default email address you use with Vendio. You would then have to go to eBay and update it there, as well as at PayPal.
Once you added the new address in PayPal you would need to go to your Vendio Global Preferences page to update the stored email address to be used for PayPal payments - then double check that link I listed above to be sure eBay is going to give your buyers the correct email address to submit payments to.
As for the question about the email address/ID causing problems when it doesn't match your eBay ID - this isn't something we hear about ever and will be changing very shortly anyway, as buyers and sellers won't be communicating directly via email addresses anymore anyway (rather via a portal that eBay will have to send communication back and forth - so if your updating your email address just so it will show a certain way to your eBay buyers, it won't be needed as they will no longer be able to even view it if they wanted to.)
If you want to proceed with the changing of your account name, please use the 'help' link in your Vendio account to send the request to the support team for review.
