I have a free vendio gallery in all of my auctions, but it's not working. It does nothing when I click on a picture or "browse listings by category".

I just looked on my vendio bill email and it says it's not activated. How do I activate the gallery?

Thanks,
Lynn

Hello,

I checked a few of your listings, but I was able to see the Gallery working correctly. Are you currently having trouble with this? If so, please let us know one of the listing numbers where it is not working correctly, so that we can take a closer look.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi Nathan,

I have have 5 auctions right now. One is 220548582176.

All the galleries scroll across the page, but when I try to open them so I can view another auction... all I hear is a clicking sound, but none will open.

Thanks,
Lynn

Hello Lynn,

I clicked on one of the items in the Gallery in the listing you referenced, but it opened without a problem for me. If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi Nathan,

Firefox works fine. It has to be something in my Internet Explorer.

I had a problem viewing anyone's feedback a couple weeks ago. I finally was able to see the feedback after I went into my tools security and added ebay as a trusted site. Do I need to add the gallery as a trusted site? If so, what http address should I use?

And I run the CCleaner every night. Does that clear the browser cashe? If not, how do I do it?

Thanks again,
Lynn

Hello Lynn,

Depending on which version of IE you are using, you should be able to clear the cache by going to "Tools" --> "Internet Options" --> "Browsing History". If you don't have javascript enabled, or you have very high security settings on your browser, then this could cause the problem. Try adding *.vendio.com to your trusted sites. Please let us know should the problem continue.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi Nathan,

Thought you'd want to know, I found the fix.

I just discovered a small prompt appears on the bottom of my screen when I click on my gallery. It says my pop up blocker is turned on. The gallery works when I turn it off.

Thanks again for your help, I appreciate!

Lynn
