Dear Sir/Madam,
Having Paid Vendio on average 300 Dollars per Month for sometime now,I am concerned that the figure is far too high allowing for that many other similar systems would cost us far less.
I happened to check our statement(For the first time ever)and found items which did not make sense on each page.

It seems incredible that we are paying 12c and More for all of our lots every month from you and would like to know how we can continue with Vendio,by being on a different plan,which will work out at a far lower level.

Dear Sir,
Despite our previous messages,we have not received any phone calls regarding our account charges.
As promised,please do so,at UK time between 9/12 AM and 3/5pm or give us a better deal on your monthly bill by email.
