My husband is at our summer place and is trying to download some pictures to Vendio. The pictures partially load and then the downloading just goes on and on with no result. Admittedly he is using an old computer, but we have never had a problem with loading pics from it before. Any help would be appreciated.

Try the basic steps first if you have done it before without error on this machine. Clear out the temporary internet files/cache/cookies, restart the browser and/or computer - then try just uploading one at a time to be sure it works when not in bulk, then try increasing that number slowly.
