I have always combined shipping (all items ship for one fee). Lately (I would say in the last 6 months), my items have not been combining. I checked newly listed items and there is no message in green on the listing page that I combine shipping. Is something on the Vendio listing form not mapping correctly to the eBay listing page??

Figured it out I think - did you tell us about the change to site specifics? How would we even know about eBay Shipping Discount Rules if we only list with Vendio??

We did post an announcement not too long ago about the update made to eBay Shipping Discount rules synchronization. Below is a copy for your reference (if you are still having trouble with this, please let us know).

Vendio recently made an update to the way we map eBay Shipping Discount Rules to your Vendio account. If you have recently added or updated the Shipping Discount Rules in your eBay account, please take the below steps to ensure that the rules will apply properly to listings launched through your Vendio account.
* Log in to your Vendio account, and go to My Account > Site Specifics > eBay.
* Scroll to the eBay Shipping Discount Rules section at the bottom of the page (just above Return Policy Details), and click the "Here" link to update your discount rules.
* After updating, be sure to review the rules you have selected next to each shipping type, then click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Taking these steps will ensure that your Vendio account is synchronized with the eBay Shipping Discount Rules that you have specified in your eBay account.

Where was this announcement posted? There is nothing about this on the "announcements" or "Site Change Log" (which is supposed to : "The site changes log contains a description of all changes made to the Vendio Web site and the dates they occurred. The log keeps you informed of all enhancements, system issue fixes, and other changes we normally do not post in Announcements." I would like to know when this was released and where it was posted!

Sorry for the confusion. This announcement was posted on March 30th on the announcements board (here: http://www.vendio.com/siteupdate.html). As the announcement has since expired, it is no longer showing on the announcements board.
