My husband has been trying to sign in to Vendio from our old computer and keeps getting the message {"status":"error","errmsg":"Invalid AJAX request"}
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Jane,
If you haven't already, please try clearing the browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.

Thanks for the advice. My husband is at a vacation home and using an old computer which will not allow him to clear the cache - it is a very stubborn computer! However, on the sign in page he noticed "trouble using this page, use the basic version" - clicked on that and was able to get into Vendio to load some pictures. Hurrah!
