I seem to remember you had an email that could be sent to a buyer who was bidding on your item. Kind of an appreciation message. I was wondering if I'm remembering that correctly and if its still available. I have reduced my shipping schedule for a few weeks, and would like to alert a bidder in case the timeframe does not fit with their schedule, so I thought some sort of message to a new bidder would be helpful. Let me know.

Hello,

Yes, this is the Buyer Appreciation service. You may activate the service by going to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans". Once the service is active, please go to "Buyer Appreciation" in the left-hand menu. Make sure that the "Sending" and "Listing" preferences are as you would like them, and then use the "Customize your messages to your specific needs" link to make any changes that you need to the message that will be sent.
