I thought we had fixed the problems with International buyers picking Canada shipping. but it is happening on almost every invoice. Could you please help us to make the appropriate changes when using SMP.

Hello,
Click here to see how the international shipping carriers can be setup now. In the column 'Ship-to Locations' you can click to set which location you want to limit that shipping carrier to. If you only do fixed price shipping for international locations then this is the ideal way to set it up.
Note however that Sales Manager Pro does not support the changes that you need unfortunately. You would need to list from the fully featured online Sales Manager to be able to select the Ship To locations as seen on the Global Preferences page.

I am not sure if I am missing something here.....is Vendio switching from supporting SMP for the "online Sales Manager" way of listing auctions? The online tool is not even close to the flexibility and functions available to manage many auctions.

Hello,
What functions of the Sales Manger Pro program are you missing from the online system?
The Pro program is ideal for users who need to create listings while away from an internet connection - otherwise the online Sales Manager has far more features and support than the Pro program has ever offered.
If your having trouble migrating, just let us know the main tools in Pro that you need and we can show you how to do the same or better online.

I ran through the online version and from what I can see you are not able to save batches, access old batches, access inventory, show image gallery, the inability to easily tab to sections of auction input....shipping etc. Maybe I am not accessing the program that you are talking about.

Hello,
It is true that the method in which you do things is different online, but the abilities do to these things should exist in both places - just with more tools and features available for the online one than the stripped down offline application.
Sales Manager Pro creates batches because you work up a group of items and then upload them to your account to get them into the online system.
When you list from the online system in the first place you don't create any batches because the items are already here. Once you create an item online you either save it to pending or inventory or launch or schedule to launch it and move on to the next one. You don't have to get a group of items ready before you can move them into a saved/launched/scheduled state like Sales Manager Pro does.
Where Sales Manager Pro makes you tab to go from one section of the listing creation process to the next (Basic Information / eBay Site Information / Shipping Information / Preview) - the online Sales Manager allows you to work within a single page. You just scroll from top to bottom and continue completing the required fields until you save/launch/schedule it.
