Does anyone know if it is possible to host images on our own server/web site and have vendio retrieve the photos from that site?

Hello,
The create items page wasn't formatted specifically for self hosted images, so there isn't a field you would enter your own URL's into.
That said you can include the URL/HTML to make these images appear within your item descriptions if you prefer - you would just want to upload the primary photo to your Vendio account to attach the regular way so we can send it to eBay as the title bar/gallery image.
