This has happened before but am just getting around to asking. What is happening when the first photo inside the auction (the one in the top portion of the listing) is not showing, but IS showing in the body of the listing and in the gallery? An example is item # 380322692507
The picture at the top of the listing is for the eBay gallery picture. At some point eBay had trouble copying it to their own server to display it in this location, so it shows the default image as though the image doesn't exist.
The URL they were given works fine, so it's likely just a glitch in their copying it at the time the item was originally submitted.
