Hi. I am a ebay seller and ship by USPS. How come when I list auction thru Vendio there is only a USPS Priority mail Fixed option along with calculated Parcel and Priority options but Not USPS Flat Rate Box shipping? When I list thru ebay, there is USPS Medium, Large Flat rate box options to select. I wish Vendio had USPS Flat Rate box options in the menu so I don't have to keep applying the Flat rate costs on the page where others really dont pay attention to. I hope that makes sense. Unfortunately that is correct that the flat rate shipping options are not pre-created. However, you should be able to add them by using the blank boxes that are in the "Shipping Carriers" section. This can be done by entering in the name of the shipping option and then enter the flat rate price into the "Shipping Cost" field. You can also set this information as a default (so that you don't need to enter it each time) by going to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> "Shipping Carriers". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
