Okay, really strange thing happening. I was doing a bunch of re-lists and about the 90th one, I get a "Bad Request" - I've exceeded the maximum limit message. I tried to back out of it, but it would not return to the previous screen. I was on the Internet Explorer browswer at the time. So I went on my AOL and went in and scheduled the ones I completed and then went in and did the additional 10 or so I needed in that group. Then I wanted to go back through my Internet Explorer browser, so I closed it and opened it again and went to Vendio, but it still came up with the Bad Request message. I can't understand why it would do this when I have CLOSED the browser and then re-opened. I probably could get rid of it if I re-started by computer, but that's a hassle right now, and frankly I'm afraid that it might happen on the AOL browswer and then I wouldn't even be able to get to the message board to ask for help. Can you tell me what the heck is going on?

Hello,

It sounds like there might be some incorrect information stuck in the browser. Have you tried clearing the browser cache and Vendio cookies to see if that helps?

Regards,
Nathan

Ok, I cleared my cache, went to Vendio.com and it looked like it was working as I got to the sign-in page. I signed in and I got the same "Bad Request" message. What's up?

As I suspected, the only way I could enter through my Internet Explorer was to re-start my computer. So that problem is taken care of. Still would like to know why I got the message in the first place. I figure that your system is not set up to be able to re-list 100 items at a time, as this was the second time I've encountered this error while trying to re-list 100 items. I think I was able to re-list in the past, so may be an intermittent problem, but maybe you should send to tech support.
