Want to close my account, but cannot find anywhere on the site to do so. I know it's there somewhere, but it's eluding me. Help, please - before they bill me again.
You can disable any of your paid services from the My Account - My Service Plans page. Click to either 'see other plans' next to your existing plan or 'discontinue _____.'
Alternatively you could confirm here that you want to disable your paid services, or use the help link in your account to request the billing department do this on your behalf.
We have disabled the paid services on your account, so you will only be charged if you have active listings that were launched through Vendio. Please let us know should you need further assistance.
