Hi - I've got two items that won't close -- one is a cancelled listing (sold in our B & M store) and one is a sold item. The cancelled listing won't move into Closed at all. The sold item moved into closed several hours ago but still says "closing...." with no price, etc. I have numerous items going off at auction tonight (with numerous bids) and am concerned about this. Can someone look into this today? Thanks!
I refreshed the listing that was in the closed section, but showing "closing", which seems to have corrected the problem. Could you please try refreshing the listing that was canceled and see if that helps? This can be done by first locating the listing in your list of active listings. Then put a check mark to the left of the listing and click the Vendio "Refresh" button. Please give it at least 15 minutes to move to closed after clicking refresh. If that doesn't help, please let us know the listing number so that we can take a closer look.

Thanks Nathan! It works now. I hope it works with the listings I have going off tonight. I'll yell for your always capable help if it doesn't.
