Hello, Can anyone tell me why I can't get Vendio to track my ebay item. I keep getting red message that says "cannot parse"... HELP

I am sorry for the trouble you are having tracking items. Could you please let us know one of the specific listing numbers where you are having this problem, so that we can try to duplicate the problem in your account?
