Normally I don't have a slew of items to list so I list them individually with my time preference at 10 minute intervals.
This time I have 21 items I'd like to list at 5 minute intervals. How do I do that when the time interval box at the top is grayed out?

Hello Terre,
This is when relisting from the unsold items page, correct? If not, please let us know. If so, you may do this by selecting all of the unsold items that you want to relist and then click "Relist". Before the interval box will be available, you will first need to select a date and time in the future from the two drop-down boxes to the left of the interval box. Should you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know what you are selecting from those drop-down boxes.

Thanks for the reply Nathan. No, these are new items not previously listed. Well, they have been listed before, but they are not relists.
I just went ahead and did each one individually.
While I'm here, a suggestion: When we have listings pending to launch, and when we have a Buy It Now price set (in addition to the opening price), would it be possible to list the BIN price as well? Sometimes I forget what I've set the BIN price at, and I have to click into the pending listing to look at it again.

Will do Nathan. I'll try to explain now:
After I've created new listings, and BEFORE I schedule a launch date and time, those new listings appear in my Pendings list.
Normally, when I'm ready to schedule a date & time to launch, I click the Select All/Resubmit. That takes me to the launch page scheduler. Generally, I just select the date and time for each, and they're launched accordingly.
On this occasion, I had 21 items to schedule a launch for, but I did them one at a time (as I usually do) and scheduled each for 5 minutes apart. The order in which they were launched wasn't important.
It would have been nice if I'd been able to just set the date and start time, and had I been able to choose, Vendio would have just gone down my list and automatically listed each 5 mins apart, irrespective of which went first/last.
Hope that made sense. Regarding the showing of the BIN price on the Pending list next to the auction price, it's just a Wish List item that Vendio might want to consider.

Hello Terre,
Thank you for the suggestion on the BIN price! You should be able to schedule listings in bulk using a staggered interval from the pending listing page in a similar way that it can be done from the unsold page. First go to your list of pending listings and put check marks in the boxes to the left of the listings. Then click the "Resubmit" button. At the top of the page next to "Bulk scheduling" select a date and time in the future from the two drop-down boxes. Also select the interval in the drop-down box in this section and then click "Apply" before launching.

"At the top of the page next to "Bulk scheduling" select a date and time in the future from the two drop-down boxes. Also select the interval in the drop-down box in this section and then click "Apply" before launching."
That's EXACTLY what I did, EXCEPT the time interval drop-down box is grayed out (says "no" in the gray area), so I couldn't select anything. *sigh*

That's exactly how I thought it would work, but the interval box is still not available, even after choosing the date and time. It was still grayed out.
So, don't know what else to do. I probably won't have an extensive number of listings for a while, so there's no hurry (for me anyway) on figuring out if it's a glitch or not.
The next time I list I'll stop by here and if it's still operating the same way, we can go over it then?

Hello Terre,
Sounds good. Please let us know should you need help at that time. It would be best to reply to this message board thread, but if you can't find it you can create a new one.

Okie dokie Nathan. I've saved this thread, so when I'm ready to list some items again (might not be for a week or two) I'll post here.
