I have never had this happen before. The auctions that ended tonight (2-16) did not include my markup cost. It's been setup in my account to have a small markup for the past few years. I copied the ended auctions into my pending list (all 4 related sets at the bottom) so you can investigate further. One person paid right away and I had to lookup the shipping cost to see what method they chose...that's how I noticed. I scheduled them to launch on the 6th of Feb. Was there an issue going on at Vendio that night? My current auctions are fine.

Hello,
Indeed it appears it didn't charge a markup as one wasn't present in the copy that was saved and sent over to eBay unfortunately. I can confirm that creating a listing anew/from scratch within your account will automatically include the $1.40 markup for domestic and international shipping. The only known way to create a listing without it (given the default setting) would be relisting and editing an older item or copying a previous listing that did not have that markup value on it. I can't tell how listings were created unfortunately, only what state they were in at the time the save or launch button was last pressed. Historically there's never been a bug that would do something like just blank out a markup without any other effects but anything is possible however unlikely. Id certainly dig deeper into the relisting/copying issue first though as there's potential for it to happen again if the original or one of these items were used to generate a new listing going forward.
