Just wanted to ask if the new requirements on the size of photos that eBay has announced is currently what we're submitting through Vendio? And if not, will this something that you take care of?
The size of your images in Vendio will be the size that the images were before they were uploaded to Vendio. You may check the pixel size of an image by first viewing the full sized image. Then right-click on the image and select "View Image Info" or "Properties" (depending on the browser you are using) to find the pixel size.
It is too early to have any information available as to what Vendio will or won't change in regards to the recent eBay announcement, unfortunately.

Thanks, Nathan. I checked a handful of my photos and some meet the requirement and some don't. Is there a way that Vendio can increase the pixels to fit the requirement or is this something that can only be done at the time it is uploaded? I have no idea how to increase the pixels. This whole thing is ridiculous. (mad at eBay - not at you).
