i cant find this answer on ebay.
can i send a picture to ebay gallery with description under the picture .
another words one picture with the picture+description below.
Do you mean that you are trying to add words below the image for the eBay gallery image (that shows on the results page when you do a search in eBay)? If not, please let us know. If so, the only way to do this would be if the words were part of the image (which you would need to do using an image editing program).
In order to be sure that you are getting the correct information about eBay policies, please contact eBay about this. While I am not aware of any restrictions regarding this, only eBay can confirm what is and is not against their rules.
