I had changed my eBay site specifics with regards to handling time and return policy about a month ago, but it reverted back to the old settings a little while ago. Why would that happen? I did a bulk editing thru eBay to update some of the ones that still needed changing. Would that have somehow effected it? Or was it something to do with this outage that you had a few hours ago? It seems like it would have been one of them.
Nothing about either of those situations would have any effect on your site specifics. Where did you find them set to 'the old settings' ? In your preferences for creating new listings, or within an actual finished listing?

I was creating new listings when I noticed it went back to the old settings. I went in an re-set them, but was curious as to why it did that.
