Hello Lynn,
There is no specific option to put an account on hold, unfortunately. If you would like to temporarily disable your paid services, please send us a message through the request support form (by going to Help --> Request Support) requesting that this be done.

Hi Nathan,
I tried sending two messages using Help Support, but I don't think they're going through. Will you email me at my personal Comcast address and send me an answer.
{I'm a small seller and there's no way I can afford signing up again as a new user with the new rates).
Here's what I sent to Help Support:
I'm moving and I won't be selling for awhile.
I've been a member since 2001 and normally sell during the winter months.
My subscription plan has always been "Pay as You Go" with 55MB Image Hosting for $10.
Can I retain my existing account just by cancelling the Image Hosting until I start selling again? (I want to avoid the $10.00 monthly Image Hosting fee while I'm not selling).
And will I be able to re-subscribe to the $10 Image Hosting with my existing "Pay as You Go" plan when I start selling againl?
Also, will there be any problems getting into my account after I move as I'll probably have a different internet provider.

Hello Lynn,
We can do this for you, just reply back to this thread to confirm. When we disable your image hosting plan (or if you do it from your My Account - My Service Plans page) - your images will stop displaying. As long as you won't need them to be retained in your account when you return it's no problem at all to just disable the IH plan and reactivate it upon your return.
If you go to your My Account - My Service Plans page and click to 'see other plans' next to your existing one, you can simply disable your existing one from here. (and reactivate it from the same page upon your return.)
Again - if you want - we can log into your account and perform the above actions on your behalf, just reply back to confirm.

Hello Lynn,
We logged into your account, went to the My Account - My Service Plans page. Next, we clicked to 'see other plans' next to your image hosting service and opted to 'discontinue this plan' - per your request.
You will have full access to your account even without this plan enabled. You will just need to enable the image hosting plan again before you can start uploading pictures once you return to your listings.
